Review the example of an APA research paper in Rules for Writers (pp. 515 to 528). Pay special attention to Hacker’s notes in the margins reflecting the specifics of APA style (in orange) as well as effective writing (in grey). Reverse outline the paper (it can be informal, but make sure they at least plot out the main ideas). After you complete what you think the outline would be, answer the following questions:
1. What is the thesis of this paper?
2. What is the function of the different paragraphs?
