So today we talked about academic dishonesty and specifically plagiarism. Remember you do not want to be accused of cheating so make sure you have thoroughly documented your sources. If you have any questions about whether you need to cite something or rephrase something more, bring it to me before the assignment is due.
If you want more information about summary, paraphrase, quotation, and source integration (and avoiding plagiarism in general), read pages 419-427 and 476-489 in the Hacker textbook. This will give you information on MLA and APA citation styles, two of the most common style formats you will encounter in university writing assignments.
